Bridal Bootcamp: Detox day 3.. I need a way to recharge

This is NOT easy.

Uugghh.. If I have to drink this concoction one more time!

This afternoon I nearly crumbled. Today I was exhausted and lethargic. My body and mind felt drained. I felt like just crawling up into a ball – which in fact is what I did.

Aren’t the benefits of sleep amazing?

Whilst we are sleeping there are major restorative functions in the body occurring like tissue repair and protein synthesis which helps to build lean muscle mass. Not to mention all of the benefits of ‘beauty sleep’.

One way I have found to receive similar benefits to a wonderful night sleep is meditation.
